Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Australian Shipping

There are 4 options available for shipping/delivery. All our shipping is trackable, with the exception of shipping to PO Boxes:

  • In-Store Pick-up – incurs a $2.75 handling charge for each order

  • Standard Shipping – This takes 3-5 days for delivery after printing. Base delivery cost is $9.55 for each order, plus $1 for each additional item.

  • Premium Shipping – This takes 2-3 days for delivery after printing. Base delivery cost is $13.50 for each order, plus $1 for each additional item.

  • Rush Shipping – This takes 1-2 days for delivery after printing. Base delivery cost is $14.50 for each order, plus $1 for each additional item.

 

Delivery Timeframe

The BentoNet does not directly produce or ship the books that are distributed through the network; they are shipped through the Ingram Content Group via IngramSpark.

IngramSpark has print-on-demand centres in the United States, UK, Europe, and Australia. They also have printing partners in various other countries. Orders are referred to the print centre closest to the delivery location. Under normal circumstances, printing will take place 1-2 business days from receipt of the order at IngramSpark’s print-on-demand centre. Delivery after printing to standard locations will range from 1-7 days, depending on the customer's choice of shipping speed.

Delivery of colour books to locations outside the United States will take 2-3 weeks, as all colour books are printed in the United States.

For orders less than $20.00, customers will select a shipping speed, a book store that will handle the delivery, and the delivery address.

For orders of $20.00 or more, the customer can arrange to collect the book in person from the book store for a small handling fee, or to have their bookstore of choice to ship it to them.

 

Returns Policy

If a book is faulty, the customer should contact the BentoNet and/or the bookstore that handled their order to arrange a replacement ASAP. The customer can choose to return the book in person, or to receive a delivery label to return the book (subject to delivery fees).

If the customer changes his/her mind and requests a refund within 48 hours of ordering the book, refunds can be arranged if the order hasn’t yet been placed.

If the refund is requested more than 48 hours after the order, and the print order has already been placed, the bookstore may choose to offer store credit, and provide the customer with a delivery label to return the book.

All refunds will incur a 10% administration fee.

If a customer cancels a complete order, this 10% will be deducted from the total gross order amount, including shipping.

If a customer cancels part of an order, the 10% will be deducted from the cancelled books only, and exclude the cost of shipping.
