Join The BentoNet as a Library
The BentoNet was originally created to help small, local publishers connect to bookstores, but also to connect to public and school libraries. As part of our commitment to community-building, we're happy for libraries to order the books listed on this website either directly through the BentoNet itself (please see payment methods below), or from their local community bookstore. Since the BentoNet is a supporter of local creators, we hope this will help local writers and artists reach their communities better.
Public Libraries on the BentoNet
Here are the locations of all the public libraries that are aware of the BentoNet. These are all libraries that are part of the Comic Con-versation Library Festival, that was first started by Karen Dwarte of Ashfield Library in 2014. The festival has been expanding quickly, so more libraries will be added soon. If you are a patron at one of these libraries, you can request any of the books on our website, and the library will order it in for their collection.
If your local school or public library isn't on this list, please encourage your library to join our network by using the contact us form on the footer. It's free for libraries to set up an account, and they get a 10% discount off everything they order off this site.
Getting a Library Account with the BentoNet
To arrange a library account, contact the BentoNet admins using the contact us form in the footer below. We sell directly to school and public libraries, and our books are also available through library suppliers. Please contact us for more information.
Ordering and Payment
Many libraries can't use credit cards or Paypal to acquire their books, but we can accommodate libraries that do.
We are happy to sell books to school and public libraries on credit, and with a 10% discount. We will collect payment within 30 days after the dated month of the invoice via bank deposit or cheque. We can also charge credit cards.
Please use the contact us form below to place an order with us manually. Email us with your name, email address, contact phone number and address, and the details of your order, and we will get back to you with an invoice within 1-2 business days. Once you confirm that the order details are correct, we will place the order with our printer, and the book will be printed and shipped to you.
